Warranty Terms:
  • The DTF printer and dryer set are protected by a limited warranty lasting for one year.
  • The printer is equipped with new genuine Epson printheads.
    • Printheads, ink tanks, dampers, capping stations, and heat lamps for the drying unit are excluded from the limited warranty coverage.
  • While the warranty covers the parts, it does not cover shipping costs. The customer is accountable for payment of shipping charges for both receiving the part and returning the defective part. Local customers have the option of free pickup.
  • In situations where remote resolution by the customer with the assistance of tech support is not possible, and in cases requiring on-site technical support, the customer is responsible for covering the travel costs of our technicians.
  • To remain under warranty, you must purchase consumables(DTF Film, Ink, and Hot Melt Powder) from Direct To Film World.
  • The warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is non-transferable.


Important Notes:
  • Prior experience with computers is necessary.
  • Please only book print jobs or sell services once you have received your printer and familiarized yourself with its operation.
  • Familiarity with graphic software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW is highly recommended.
  • Please acknowledge that there's a learning curve involved in mastering the software, hardware, and printing procedures. Allocate ample time and resources for this endeavor.
  • Please make sure proper ventilation for the dryer to reduce any potential health hazards from fumes.
  • Keep in mind that the dryer may not fit through a standard 34-36" doorway.
Returns / Refunds Policy:
  • All sales of printers and equipment are considered final.
  • Once the ink has been installed in the printer, we are unable to exchange it.
  • Any issues with the printer must be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in the warranty.
